Once your trip is paid in full, your price is locked in. However, factors outside our control — such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, airfare increases, and local taxes — can impact pricing before payment is completed. Airline taxes are confirmed when your ticket is issued, and some airports may charge additional local taxes upon arrival or departure.

Yes, cancellation and supplier fees may apply if you need to cancel or modify your booking, even if your travel has not yet begun. These fees are determined by airlines, hotels, and tour operators, and they vary based on the terms of your booking.
In addition to cancellation fees, supplier charges may also apply for changes to your booking, reissuing tickets, or updating travel documents.
