With a passion for travel since childhood, Sharyn became a travel consultant in 1983 and has worked at some of Australia’s most prestigious travel organisations. Living for five years in Asia allowed Sharyn to manage and escort several tours to Hong Kong, Korea, Hawaii and Hamilton Island, leading groups of over 100 people on each occasion.

Sharyn says “some of my favourite destinations include Italy, Vietnam and Turkey though three all-time best travel memories include white water rafting down the Rio Grande in Jamaica, skiing in ‘champagne powder’ in Park City, Utah and quietly sitting with the Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda. Having a family of four and various ages to consider, I know it’s important to cater for everyone’s expectations on a family holiday”.

Sharyn has been named Best Travel Consultant in New South Wales several times at the annual AFTA awards and sits on the Regional Membership Board of global travel group Virtuoso. Since owning Mosman Travel in 2015, Sharyn and her team have provided Mosman Travel’s clients with outstanding and personalised holidays that they will be recounting with friends for years to come.
